STAGE SET UP
The stage will have a stock set up as shown below. Drum Set, Bass Amp, Guitar Amp, Grand Piano, and Vocalist Mic will be supplied, along with a Solo Mic in the Trumpet, Trombone, and Sax Sections. Be sure to bring your own 1/4" connections for the Bass and Guitar Amps. You are welcome to use your own amps, if you prefer, and microphone placements can be adjusted to your needs.
PARKING
After equipment drop off, trailers should park adjacent to the Football Stadium. Buses Should park along the back drive through, parallel to the rear fields.
REGISTRATION AND
PARTICIPANT ENTRY Entrance is in the rear of Gym 1 at the bus drop off. Students, Staff, and Chaperones will enter here. 4 adults permitted per group.
FESTIVAL FLOW
Bands can store equipment in Gym 1 and have direct entrance to Gym 2 for their warm up time. Bands will return to Equipment Storage on the way to backstage for performance time. After performance, bands are welcome to use Equipment Storage or return to trailers.
CONCESSIONS
Concessions will be available in the cafeteria throughout the evening. Please, no outside food.
